HI Tangueros.

Thanks to those who came to the milonga with Emiliano Fernandez and especially those who answered my feedback form about the lesson. This really helps me to focus the offerings from Libertango.

We will be having our first Sunday night Milonga Malena at Grand Daddy this Sunday 26th May (see below). The venue is on the foreshore side of Long Street and not to be confused with Daddy Long Legs. It is a slick and upmarket venue, perfect for a Sunday night tango, an energiser to start the week. Milonga Malena will run every second Sunday night, alternating with Calvin's Sunday milonga at Que Pasa in Caledon Street.

The era of Tuesday night practicas at Friedas on Bree has come to a close. We had some wonderful times in the last 18 months since we have been there. Thanks to all of those who made Friedas happen.

I have had quite a few requests to start up a Level 3 course again but I need a couple more men. Are you a Level 3 man? - been dancing at least for one year in lessons and socials. Perhaps you have been dancing a while and want to get some fresh tango insights.

Other Opportunities
  • Private Lessons  - R320 person or R350 per couple. A great opportunity to have focuses feedback on your dancing
  • Choreographies - A great opportunity to improve your dancing. Not only will you learn a range of new steps to a song, you will also learn the correct lead and follow, with focus on the technique of the movements. This is a fun project for an intermediate couple who may want to perform at a social event or one of the Milonga Africanas
  • Wedding Choreographies

Tango Abrazos!
